Ff13 Platform Terms & Conditions of Use
Please read this document carefully before using the ff13 platform. By registering or using any of our services, you agree to be bound by all the terms set out below.

1. Acceptance of Terms of Use
By accessing, registering for, or using the ff13 platform through our website ff13.app or any related application, you confirm that you have read, understood, and agree to be bound by all terms and conditions contained in this document ("Terms"). These Terms constitute a legally binding agreement between you ("User") and ff13 ("Platform").
If you do not agree with any part of these Terms, you must refrain from using the ff13 platform. Continued use of the platform following any changes to these Terms constitutes your acceptance of the latest updated version.
This platform is strictly for individuals aged 18 and above. By registering an account, you confirm that you meet this minimum age requirement and that your use of the platform is lawful under the laws of your jurisdiction.
2. Account Creation, Security & User Responsibilities
To access the full range of ff13 services, you are required to register an account using accurate, truthful, and up-to-date information. Each individual is permitted to hold only one account. Creating multiple accounts is strictly prohibited and may result in the suspension or closure of all associated accounts without prior notice.
You are solely responsible for:
- Keeping your password and account login credentials confidential.
- All activities carried out under your account, whether authorised by you or not.
- Notify the ff13 support team immediately if you suspect any unauthorised access to your account.
- Ensuring your account information — including your full name, phone number, and email address — is accurate and kept up to date.
Ff13 reserves the right to request additional identity verification at any time, particularly prior to processing withdrawals or where suspicious account activity is detected. Failure to submit the required verification documents within the specified timeframe may result in a temporary account suspension.
3. Platform Usage Rules & User Conduct
Users agree to use the ff13 platform solely for lawful purposes and in accordance with these Terms. The following are strictly prohibited:
- Using software, bots, scripts, or any automated means to access, scrape data from, or interact with the platform without prior written authorisation from ff13.
- Attempting to cheat, manipulate, or exploit any vulnerability in the platform's systems, games, or payment mechanisms.
- Using another person's account or sharing account access with any third party.
- Distributing content that is offensive, defamatory, threatening, or in violation of applicable Malaysian law.
- Using the platform for any money laundering activity or to finance any unlawful activity.
Ff13 reserves the right to investigate any suspected violation and take appropriate action, including account suspension, account closure, and referral to the relevant authorities where necessary.
4. Payment Information, Deposits & Withdrawals
All financial transactions on the ff13 platform are conducted in Malaysian Ringgit (RM / MYR). No automatic foreign currency conversion is applied. Accepted deposit methods include FPX, Touch 'n Go eWallet, Maybank2u, CIMB Clicks, and other online banking methods approved by ff13 from time to time.
Payment terms you should be aware of:
- Deposits: All deposits made to your ff13 account are final. Once credited to the system, deposits cannot be reversed or cancelled. Please ensure the amount and payment method are correct before confirming your transaction.
- Withdrawals: Withdrawal requests are processed within 1 to 6 hours on standard business days. ff13 reserves the right to request identity verification before approving a withdrawal, particularly for amounts exceeding the stipulated limits.
- Bonuses and promotions: Any bonus credited to your account is subject to the wagering requirements stated in the relevant promotion's terms. Bonuses cannot be withdrawn directly until all wagering requirements have been met.
- Transaction limits: ff13 reserves the right to set minimum and maximum limits for deposits and withdrawals. Current limits are displayed in the Finance section of your account.
Ff13 is not liable for any delays caused by the user's bank or any third-party payment service provider.
5. Limitation of Liability, Intellectual Property & Third-Party Links
Limitation of Liability
The ff13 platform is provided "as is" without any express or implied warranties regarding uninterrupted availability, data accuracy, or fitness for a particular purpose. ff13 shall not be liable for any direct, indirect, consequential, or punitive losses arising from the use of, or inability to use, the platform, including financial losses from betting activity.
Ff13's total liability to any user under any circumstances shall not exceed the amount of funds held in that user's account balance at the time of the claim.
Intellectual Property
All content on the ff13 platform — including but not limited to logos, interface design, text, graphics, software code, and brand names — is the exclusive property of ff13 and is protected by applicable copyright and intellectual property laws. Users may not copy, modify, distribute, or use any part of the platform's content without express written permission from ff13.
Third-Party Links
The ff13 platform may contain links to third-party websites or services. ff13 has no control over the content, privacy policies, or practices of those websites and accepts no responsibility for any loss or damage arising from your use of such third-party services. Access to any third-party links is entirely at the user's own risk.
6. Account Policy, Changes to Terms & Governing Law
Account Suspension & Closure
Ff13 reserves the right to suspend or close any user account with or without prior notice in the following circumstances: breach of these Terms; fraud or suspicious activity; requests from relevant authorities; account inactivity exceeding 12 consecutive months; or at ff13's discretion for legitimate operational reasons. Users whose accounts are closed due to a breach may be ineligible to re-register.
Any remaining balance in an account closed for reasons other than a breach will be returned to the user via the original payment method, once all required identity verification has been completed.
Changes to These Terms
Ff13 reserves the right to modify, add to, or remove any part of these Terms at any time. Changes take effect upon publication on the website. Users are encouraged to review this page periodically. Continued use of the platform after any changes are published will be deemed acceptance of the updated terms.
Governing Law
These Terms and all disputes arising from them are governed by the laws of Malaysia. Any legal action or proceedings relating to these Terms shall be resolved in a court of competent jurisdiction in Malaysia. Should any provision of these Terms be found invalid or unenforceable, it shall be limited or construed to the maximum extent permitted by law, while all remaining provisions shall continue in full force and effect.
